Connecting Families NC a community-based, non-profit organization located in Fayetteville, NC. We are committed to helping the families function to the best of their abilities by engaging the resources that exist within our community. Providing community outreach, information and referral and disaster relief. We accomplish this by providing strong community partnerships and advocacy.

Here at Connecting Families NC, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2020, we have been determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to bring our team’s fresh ideas and passion to the range of activities we’re involved in. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.
